Your Mission

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and champion the use of analytics, automation and continuous monitoring within the Internal Audit.
  • Drive the use of new technologies, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning), in Internal Audit.
  • Leverage existing software (ACL/Diligent, Looker, Tableau etc.) to deliver high impact analytics and automate testing.
  • Train and mentor other audit staff on the use of analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring.
  • Lead and complete complex audit engagements that require the use of advanced analytics and data mining techniques.
  • Understand and analyse large data sets to generate insight and identify potential exceptions.
  • Support IT SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) testing, IT operational audits, and integrated audits.
  • Draft high-quality, impactful audit reports.
  • Proactively identify IT risks and process improvement opportunities.
  • Work with process owners as a partner to develop solutions to issues and provide guidance on areas of change within the business.
  • Positively support knowledge sharing and thought leadership within Internal Audit, and with external networks, to capture value from best practice opportunities.
  • Build a strong network and relationships with business and technology partners.

Player Profile

We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate who has a passion for IT audit. IT and the video game industry are very dynamic, and the right candidate should be someone looking to develop their skills and constantly evolve over time.

  • Must have passion and sense of purpose for data analytics and new technologies in Internal Audit.
  • Experience of using analytics tools such as Diligent/ACL.
  • Very good proficiency of SQL and at least one programming language such as C++ or Python.
  • Experience of building, maintaining, and working with data warehouses and working with unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database and Oracle R12 is a must.
  • Good understanding of concepts related to information systems audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls and technology risks.
  • Ability to develop, design, and execute IT audits using a risk-based approach.
  • Good project management and organization skills; ability to multitask.
  • Natural curiosity.
  • Confidence and gravitas in working with and challenging partners.
  • Excellent ability to develop and write impactful reports and presentations.
  • Operating in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment, be able to acclimate and contribute quickly.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
