As a part of the enterprise data analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) group, you will be focusing on the development of unique data-driven products.

YOU ARE

• Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science (or a related field). A postgraduate BA/BS is nice-to-have
• Demonstrating 6+ years of experience with MS Excel and data visualization tools
• Experienced with Microsoft PowerBI, business intelligence platforms (Tableau), and Python coding
• Working with ETL processes and capabilities (Azure Synapse, DBT, Data Bricks)
• Experienced with Data Science web applications: Streamlit, Voila, Dash is a plus
• Accustomed to working in Agile environment
• A curious, creative, goal-oriented professional with a team player approach
• Healthcare domain is mandatory
• Willing to communicate and facilitate conversations with Business Owners and Stakeholders to understand the problem, rapidly iterate proposed solutions, and clearly present new findings/solutions

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Building actionable data visualizations that identify areas of opportunity and help drive Excellence at scale
• Microsoft PowerBI as our primary BI platform
• Contributing to the development of custom metrics and reports to support the Client Operations reporting needs
• Writing advanced SQL to extract and model data from multiple databases (Teradata, GCP, SQL, etc.)
• Contribution to project deliverables independently with oversight by the Manager as needed; involving collaboration with stakeholders throughout the full product development cycle (from data capture to BI integration)
• Data models in the EDW based on data visualization requirements
• Maximizing productivity and accountability through effective time management, coordination, and communication
• Performing other related duties as assigned to support the Analytics CoE Team
