Our Big Data & Analytics now has almost 200 Data Engineers and Architects.

IF YOU ARE

• A Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling/database design
• Knowledgeable of SQL Server, including T-SQL
• Skilled in performance tuning in various database environments with large volume and velocity of data
• Having fundamentals of SQL administration and monitoring
• Experienced in development methodologies (Agile and Scrum)
• Deep diving into complex business needs, analyzing, designing, and developing solutions
• Successfully building consensus among IT, Business teams and units, and influencing the changes to drive a successful data strategy
• A self-starter, well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail
• A strategic thinker, inquisitive, analytical and solutions-oriented
• Possessing a concept in the financial technology domain (is not a must)
• Showing the advantage of Microsoft Azure Data Engineering
• Working with .NET, MVC, C#, C++, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, jQuery, and JavaScript (would be a plus)
• Experienced in Cosmos DB and Kafka/Event-Streaming (nice-to-have)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
• Execute design sessions to gather requirements, review, approve, and communicate design artifacts with stakeholders
• Sketch and manage various data models associated with Relational Databases (primarily MS SQL Server) and optionally NoSQL Databases
• Design, implement and maintain database solutions, management of data access, and resolve database performance, capacity, and security issues
• Perform problem-solving of application issues and production errors
• Design and code a high volume of SQL queries, store procedures, and maintenance of SSIS packages
• Provide technical documentation as needed
• Monitor and perform performance tuning on store procedures and ETL jobs
• Determine the business needs for data reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
