The Senior Product Designer, Growth, will play a pivotal role in helping our teams to build brand-aligned, inclusive, usable products at scale. They will collaborate closely with the marketing team, design systems team, and creative teams to create sign-up and conversion driving experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience across our marketing initiatives while adhering to the principles of our established design systems. This position will report to the Senior Product Design Manager.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product design, product, data science and engineering to conceptualize, design, and implement solutions that enhance our ability to attract new clients through custom engaging landing pages.
  • Drive value-add features such as self-serve testing and personalization that drive acquisition at scale.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistent design patterns, UI components, and visual language across products.
  • Utilize your expertise in product design and design systems to ensure that all solutions align with Stitch Fix's brand guidelines and user-centered design principles.
  • Participate in user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

  • 5+ years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team.
  • A standout portfolio of B2C, conversion-driving or growth oriented work.
  • Experience contributing and using Figma design systems.
  • Design outstanding interaction and interface solutions for which you can clearly articulate your rationale.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities and navigate between strategic work and detailed execution.
  • Have experience visualizing, owning, and executing the creation of products from initial concepts and wireframes, to collaborating with engineers on implementation in an agile environment, to shipping, measuring, and iterating.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range

$173,000—$185,000 USD
