About the Role
- Lead the development and architecture of our backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure
- Develop novel solutions for our modern relationship management system
- Lead an engineering culture that is authentic, dynamic, and warm
You should
- Have meaningfully led large-scale backend projects
- Have experience with infrastructure, DevOps, NodeJS, and relational databases
- Be a detail-oriented and opinionated engineer excited by rapid development cycles and building clean and documented applications
