About the role:

Lumafield is looking for a seasoned Product Manager. As a member of the Product Team, you'll drive the development of integrated software and hardware solutions, ensuring they meet real customer needs. You'll be a critical part of the Lumafield team, helping to transform how everything in the world is designed and manufactured.

We have two products in the field today, and more are on the way. If you're passionate about products that solve real problems for manufacturing teams all around the world, this role is perfect for you.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with customers, executives, designers, and engineers to define and refine software requirements and user needs.
  • Contribute to a clear product roadmap, setting priorities and timelines that are ambitious and achievable and communicating them to the team.
  • Work within agile methodologies to deliver software releases on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams for successful software development, release, and documentation.
  • Plan and execute feature and product launches, coordinating with the Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor metrics and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, and updates to maintain our collaborative and transparent culture.

About you:

  • 5+ years as a Software Product Manager.
  • Rapidly learn and master new skills and technologies.
  • Confident in software development concepts and tools for effective collaboration.
  • Action oriented thinker who brings plans to the table.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
  • Balanced analytic and emotional abilities, making data-driven decisions and driving product improvements that make sense for our company at this stage.
  • Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with 3D, cloud powered products.
  • Experience with design, manufacturing, and inspection problems.
