As an Engineering Manager, Internal Infrastructure, you will:

• Own and manage internal-facing infrastructure on GCP and OCI
• Improve engineering velocity for software & machine learning engineers
• Support & improve the overall build & test process 
• Manage the team's workload and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical and career development

You may be a good fit if:

• You have experience managing an infrastructure, platform, or DevEx team
• You are excited about LLMs and want to find ways to help dogfood our products
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable explaining technical topics to teams with different skillsets
• You are excellent at understanding the immediate problems and empathizing with a technical team’s pain points
• You are passionate about recruiting, growing people and teams
• You are comfortable with leading multiple projects and adjusting processes quickly when priorities change
• (Bonus!) You have experience with Kubernetes or MLOps
