What You Will Do

• Assess tasks, resolve queries and ensure robust source data ready for work initiation
• Author accurate technical documentation, following guidelines and best practices to deliver high quality product
• Work with the Tech Lead and Project Manager to meet project milestones
• Identify, communicate and address project risks promptly
• Ensure adherence to Industry standards, Customer specifications and Lionbridge authoring processes
• Foster a right-first-time ethos, driving excellence in the team
• Drive continuous improvements in simplification, processes and efficiency
• Work closely with the Production team and Training Manager to enhance performance.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Extensive Technical Authoring competence, preferably gained in a Technical Documentation environment or within an Engineering environment and industry
• Proficiency in XML/SGML and industry standard S1000D, including DMRL creation and CSDB
• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Arbortext
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill, including strong English language capability
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
• Demonstratable experience of being proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
