Job Description

What You Will Do:

•  Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining AI product needs, prioritization, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Leverage AI technology to enhance our mobile app product, driving innovation and user engagement.
• Execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specs, creating workflows, running user studies, conducting AB tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans.
• Use your knowledge of social media platforms, especially Discord, to promote our products and engage with our audience.
• Continued involvement in product iterations with the goal of optimizing the product; ongoing participation throughout the product lifecycle, including: requirement gathering, product planning, testing, and product feature launch
• Ability to perform product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
• Collaborate closely with business development, engineering, user experience, QA teams to efficiently implement product designs, conduct product feature research, as well as lead in US product operations efforts
• Enrichment of product content through partnerships with local designers and design agencies
• Lead product marketing and branding efforts in the US market, including initiatives such as product media relations and public relations, influencer marketing, and product user growth through other channels
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in our amazing Sunnyvale office, we provide free yummy lunch and dinner every day

What We’d Like to See in You:

• BS/BA degree
• 2+ years of work experience on product, preferably in consumer mobile application and AI related product
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is a must-have skillset
• Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, particularly in content generation
• Proven project management capabilities; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity, work collaboratively with internal and external partner contacts, influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with technical, contractual, and financial issues. Impeccable business judgment.
• Flexibility with traveling
