Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development, training, and refinement of Large Language Models for our AIGC product - V3dPress.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement, optimize, and test LLM algorithms on our platform.
• Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and deliver AI functionalities that seamlessly integrate with V3dPress.
• Understand and utilize the LangChain framework efficiently for various development requirements.
• Maintain documentation of the LLM development processes, challenges, and solutions for future reference.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights on current AI trends, especially in LLM, that could further enhance V3dPress.
• Mentor junior developers and be a key resource for LLM-related queries.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PHD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 1-5 years experience focused on LLM-related AI development.
• Proven expertise in LLM training, development, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with the LangChain framework is a good plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, best practices, and relevant tools.

Package Range: 127k - 388k Annually, including 0-25% RSU
