The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create the best end to end solution in the market. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team. As a Data Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO office.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Assist in performing data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookerstudio).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Assist in developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
• Support in the preparation and delivery of data-driven presentations and reports.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Candidates who are able to commit full-time for at least 3 months will be preferred. 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Previous internship or coursework in data analysis or related fields.
• Familiarity with database systems and data querying.
