Job Description

The role will be responsible for:

Manage the data. This means that it will copy, store and process the information in accordance with the particular policies of the workplace.

Define a data strategy that legitimizes them, by creating a homogeneous set of definitions, standards and governance practices that allows informed business decisions and achieve competitive advantage.

Oversight of data ethics, taking care in the way data is acquired, stored, controlled and shared.

Exploitation of large amounts of information, database cleaning and ingestion in platforms, such as Data Lake and Master Data Management (MDM)

Lead a diverse team by setting goals, review performance and participating in the selection /promotion decisions to ensure the staff have the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve team goals.

Create and lead high performance management cycle of employees under supervision.

Experience & skills:

Exploitation of large amounts of information, database cleaning and ingestion in platforms, such as Data Lake and Master Data Management (MDM)

Manage projects and design data collection methods, to map tasks or processes that need to be measured.

Manage databases in big data environment.

Use engineering for data processing or mining and visualization techniques.

Use the latest techniques in data science for development of artificial intelligence: clustering, classification and automatic learning systems.

English and Spanish required .
