Data Analytics Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA)

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Analytics Application Development Manager in Atlanta, GA for Analysis, Effort Estimation, Data Analysis, Data modeling, ETL (Extract Transform Load) Design, Development, System testing and Implementation of BI (Business Intelligence) solutions using Data Warehouse/Data Mart Design, ODS (Operational Data Store), OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), BI and Client/Server applications for end to end project solution offerings.

• S/He will perform the following duties: Lead ETL Informatica Application Development and Integration teams and provide support for ETL Mappings, Data Transformations, Enhancements and Workflows design HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design) for application architecture for integrating data between various source systems and workflow process write SQL (Structured Query Language) queries for analyzing, reading, transforming and loading data from Source to Target systems to meet the business requirements
• Implement best practices for common ETL design techniques such as change data capture, key generation, error-handling, logging, Exchange Partitions and optimization
• Evaluate critical issues and provide technical approach solutions for complex custom deliverables
• Coordinate with offshore team for developing and testing the ETL code work with application team for API (Application Programming Interface) mapping document and SQL Queries
• support code migrations, validations in QA (Quality Assurance) and production
• Manage application programming standards and name conventions to adhere to new/changing requirements and Accenture teams to follow the baselined development standards
• Identify and address all development as well as overall project risks and issues and come up with a corresponding mitigation plan to resolve the same provides project status updates to Client Management team and support critical Production defects and data Analysis.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Developer, Software Engineer, and Senior Associate or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years experience in Data Analysis (using tools like Alteryx and Informatica DataProfiler, SQL)

• 5 years experience in Data Modeling (using tools like, ERWin, PowerDesigner)
• 5 years experience in Extract Transform Load Design
• 5 years experience in Extract Transform Load Development (using Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Developer, Informatica IDQ)
• 5 years experience in Business Intelligence (using Tableau)
• and 5 years experience in Data Warehouse Design.
• Telecommuting is permitted needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
