Summary:
The Research Associate III, Automation and Data Operations role operates within the Data Engineering and Automation teams as part of the Data Science department within the Technical Operations and Process Sciences (TOPS) division. This role will focus on leveraging laboratory automation and data/software engineering to help accelerate the development of transformative cancer therapies and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. The successful candidate will drive new hardware and software automation solutions to aid execution of laboratory experiments, collection and aggregation of data, and automation of data processing. The candidate will also partner with leadership to develop methods of collecting performance information and measuring ROI on laboratory automation projects. This role interacts heavily with Lab Scientists, Business Partners, Executive Leadership, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers across our Process Development, Quality, and IT teams.
