Job Description

The Role:

Logitech is looking for a bright & well-rounded Reporting & Visualization Engineer to build compelling, interactive, and beautiful visualizations that will help Logitech make great decisions. This person will obtain requirements from the Marketing teams to design and develop effective dashboard solutions that help the business make sense of complex data whilst taking strategic decisions.

• Use OBIEE and Tableau tools to quickly and expertly create and enhance compelling, interactive visualizations

• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions from business leads

• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and workshops with unique insights and practical suggestions to make data more organized, documented, visual, and understandable

• Work within a team to deliver services into production, including migrating, upgrading and decommissioning

• Create and provide data visualization internal trainings

• Animate and interact with the data visualization internal community to advocate best practices in a self-service environment

• Enable and prepare Tableau data sources on our server

• Use or any similar data visualization tool to quickly and expertly generate compelling, interactive visualizations across various data sources

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• At least 5 years of OBIEE dashboard development

• At least 2 years using Tableau

• Proficient at SQL, wrangling data, and synthesizing large amounts of information

• 2-3 years of experience working with Finance data

• 2-3 years of experience working in global environments, closely interacting with multicultural teams

• Expert at working with business leaders to define high-value problems and solve them with advanced data-driven solutions

• Able to communicate effectively across different internal business functions (IT, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Groups, HR, etc..)

• Experience with Snowflake is a plus

• Experience with Python is a plus

Education:

BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical field or equivalent industry expertise.
