What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

l Responsible for analyzing business processes and changes that enable the business to function more effectively with understanding business and technical functions and process information quickly.

l Understand business problems, explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues, translate business requests into data science strategy, effectively presenting to key decision-makers.

l Organize, understand, curate and analyze data to drive business decisions.

l Analyze, coordinate and support the information needs of department executives.

l Constructively challenge with the status quo and look for new ways to improve processes and results.

l Contact with business specialists, information providers and department executives is required, and contact with the public may be required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

l Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative filed such as statistics, data science, computer science, data engineering or advanced analytics.

l 3+ years of work experience in data analysis/predictive modeling/data mining/advanced analytics techniques or relevant functional experience required.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mind and critical thinking.

l Proficient in using Python/R, Solid understanding of data-modeling techniques including statistical evaluation, scoring and correlation-analysis etc., Excellent statistical reasoning and applied statistics skills.

l Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

l MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

Desired Qualifications

l Business experience and well understanding in marketing, business planning, and performance marketing or relevant fields.

l Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.

l Experience in working with BI Tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI), ETL Tools (ex. SQL Query) and major cloud providers (ex. AWS, GCP).

l Acquainted with executing data management and associated operational processes (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality standards).
