Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data, analytics / ML engineers to deliver customer-centric data, analytics and DSAI solutions / products that address short- to long-term business needs
• Collaborate with data owners, business teams and users to identify and gather user needs, share a vision, coordinate stakeholders, and prioritize projects.
• Manage data flow and engineering processes, data pipelines, data products & infrastructure.
• Take ownership of products / solutions entire lifecycle (design, build, operate, retire).
• Develop partnerships with external vendors and technology suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
• Drive improved data accessibility, ROI on data and valuable business insights.
• Establish reliable and trustworthy data assets that are interoperable and reusable with clear data ownership / governance.
• Adhere to enterprise data governance and ensure defined product standards are applied.

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:

• University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline or equivalent, MBA optional
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a data analytics / engineering / science role; understanding of pharma / Gx processes is a plus
• Track-record of leading projects and managing diverse stakeholders, data product management experience is desired
• Understanding of SQL / relational databases, big data technologies and tools
• Experience with data analyses and leveraging data science / AI to tackle business problems
• Experience creating and developing partnerships with internal team members towards delivery of impactful analytics solutions
• Ability to understand and communicate end-to-end data systems: from compute to ETL to Reporting to Analysis
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Experience and understanding of Agile product development
