Design, Effective communication skills, Machine learning techniques, Optimization, Python Programming, R Programming
Your mission will consist of...
- the design and programming of iterative optimization algorithms (simplex, Bayesian optimization...) of chemical reactions in collaboration with the project manager at the CPRD and developers of statistical analysis applications. 'UCB,
- the selection of chemical reactions that will be studied during the project,
- the statistical and/or mechanistic modeling for the characterization of the selected chemical reactions,
- the laboratory evaluation of these iterative optimization algorithms on the selected chemical reactions , by carrying out the experiments and the analytical processing thereof,
- the construction of a continuous flow chemistry platform and the transposition of selected chemical reactions into continuous flow,
- the integration of iterative optimization algorithms and analytical tools into the continuous flow chemistry platform for complete automation of the work to optimize selected chemical reactions,
- support and training of the scientific staff of the research group in the use of the automated platform for optimizing chemical reactions,
- writing reports on characterization and development of selected chemical reactions through the use of iterative optimization algorithms and the use of the automated optimization platform.
