What we are looking for: -
The Product Manager will contribute to the product lifecycle and commercial success of one of Soroco products. S/he will work with cross-functional teams in Bangalore and Boston to define the strategy and roadmap for a current or new product, and evaluate development, and enable sales and usage of the product.
The role purpose and scope: -
We are currently looking for a product manager to help us build advanced capabilities throughout our flagship products based on Machine Learning techniques. Such techniques must add meaningful value to our customers by:
As a Product Manager, your role would entail understanding our customer landscape and product interfaces, and then determining ML capabilities that can add value as described above. You would work with all stakeholders to ensure your definition is going to add the right value to customers.
You would define and own the product roadmap, write requirements that help the engineering teams to build and evaluate solutions, define, and enable the go-live strategies for these features including enabling teams like SRE and Customer Success teams to operate these capabilities.
You would define clear metrics that evaluate success criteria, track progress from various customer environments and determine improvements needed in the product for the same.
