Basic Qualifications 

• 8-13 total years of relevant work experience across software development, product management, or similar role
• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on AI and machine learning products
• Work experience in the software industry with a focus on integration & building a SaaS platform.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions
• Ability to ramp up quickly on new and complex technical subjects
• Excellent product management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting non-technical stakeholders at all levels and ability to clearly articulate in business language

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in developing and Deploying AI/ ML Models into live environments
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies with experience in cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and its applications.

 What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for our AI offerings, working closely with the product, engineering, and data science teams to define technical requirements and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new AI products. 
• Collaborate with the engineering to translate high-level product requirements and use cases into detailed technical requirements
• Work closely with engineers and comfortable in engaging in technical conversations with Architects / Data Scientists/ Subject Matter Experts.
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs, and communicate the roadmap and feature priorities to all stakeholders
• Work with users and stakeholders to find solutions that help them enable their scenarios
• Continue the evolution of some of the most complex and critical parts of our product
• Perform gap analysis on existing data. Identify new data sources. Develop and manage training, validation, and test data sets
• Work within a software development methodology like AGILE
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs vs. constraints
• Clearly communicate plan and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders
• Answer product-related inquiries

Bonus Points

• Experience on Open AI , Chat GPT is a plus
• Experience driving complex, transformational initiatives across multiple teams is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Go) and ability to learn AI new tools & programming languages techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with managing the full lifecycle of product APIs
• A deep understanding of at least one large cloud application/ecosystem because we are doing integrations at a deeper level than our competitors (and launching a marketplace)
• Experience in collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to craft and home messages, scripts and email communications for the targeted audience
