We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our US-based growing eCommerce retail startup Quince (www.onequince.com). 

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights that will help inform and improve critical business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analysis techniques and models to support our business operations and growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience working with large and complex datasets. In addition, you should be proficient in statistical software and tools such as Excel and have expertise with databases and SQL.

A degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights and inform critical business decisions
• Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques and models to support business operations and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
• Work with the data engineering team to guide the development and maintenance of models and dashboards based on Looker
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Continuously improve processes and systems for data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience, with minimum 1 year of Leading experience
• Strong background in data analysis, with experience working with large and complex datasets
• Past work experience in international eCommerce/retail companies will be preferred
• Proficiency in using statistical software and tools, and experience working with databases and SQL
• Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
