Untether AI is building the world’s highest performance, energy-centric AI inference accelerator. We’re a rapidly growing Toronto-based startup, with employees across Canada and the US (and even a few outside North America).

To help grow our organization we are looking for an experienced Product/Test Engineer. The successful candidate will be organized and self-directed, and comfortable working within a rapidly evolving project.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new products to volume manufacturing, establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction, ongoing improvement
• Develop datasheet specs and support initial customer shipments
• Work closely with foundry and OSAT engineering teams, as well as internal design and software teams
• Support reliability qualifications

This might be the right opportunity for you if you have the following:

• 10+ years of Product Engineering on large-scale VLSI silicon
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• ATE test development experience highly desirable - Advantest, Ultraflex
• Basic understanding of DFT flow, ATE test flow
• Familiarity with Python, skill or scripting language
• Strong focus on testing and quality
• Team focus and desire to help build the team
