Job Description

In this position, you'll conduct architectural research for the field of AI technology. You are expected to have knowledge in AI algorithms, and how they affect architectural design decisions. You need to transform ideas into practical proposals for future products, and vet the proposals via prototyping. Prior publication in the AI technology and/or hardware designs is a plus. Due to the nature of advanced architectural research, you may be exposed to multiple domains as needed: microarchitecture definition, simulator modeling, RTL prototyping, algorithm study, workload investigation, etc. International travel may be required.

Salary range: $120,000 - $213,000

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Requirement

• PhD in computer engineering or MS in computer engineering with 2 years of work experience in computer/AI architecture
• Proven track record of innovation in computer / AI architectural design
• Deep technical expertise and understanding of tradeoffs in performance, power, area, and complexity
• Strong team work and communication skills
• Strong hands-on coding skills.
