Clarify is looking for a Platform Operations Manager to manage production data processing and release coordination across platform teams, working closely with engineers, product managers, customer implementation, and operations teams to deliver data through our platform to our customers. The Platform Operations Manager will also play a key role in program management of Clarify’s offshore engineering team. This person will maintain key aspects of platform operations, including budget, tracking of operational KPIs, and resource planning/management.

The Platform Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

• Working with partners and internal stakeholders to establish and maintain ingestion of Clarify’s purchased data sources from receipt to production at specified service level agreements.
• Managing collaboration with Clarify’s offshore engineering team, including triaging work and maintaining backlog, serving as point person for communications, and collaborating with platform Product Managers to scope projects.
• Designing and maintaining tools to improve the automation and efficiency of all data processing, in collaboration with development teams.
• Establishing and documenting data processing schedule for all Clarify’s data assets across all stages, and coordinating process across teams on an ongoing basis.
• Serving in primary coordination role in biweekly data releases, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and helping to complete QA activities (in conjunction with relevant platform teams).
• Planning and managing hosting/data processing budget.
• Manage resource planning against Product roadmaps and maintain ongoing systems to measure resource allocations in collaboration with Clarify’s finance team.
• Design and maintain systems to monitor performance against KPIs; engage all platform teams in evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Passion for making a difference in healthcare
• 5+ years of professional experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility
• 3 - 5 years of professional data management and operations experience
• 3 - 5 years in software development lifecycle management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to contribute to building Clarify with energy and excitement
• SQL proficiency a major plus
• Experience working with healthcare claims data a major plus
