Job Description

We're looking for a generalist marketeer with a strong operational work ethic, fun personality, curiosity, and a desire to learn how to scale the marketing function of a rapidly scaling startup. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and gain significant exposure to the CEO, CTO & Head of Sales. This role is a particularly good fit for those aiming to build a career in Product Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Building at an established company, startup, or agency. An ideal candidate will enjoy assignments in the following domains and appreciate the intellectual diversity that comes with it:

• Brand Building - Assist in brand positioning, communicate vision + mission, and analyse customer insights to maximise brand exposure
• Website Development - Assist in crafting compelling narratives and designing intuitive layouts that attract the desired traffic and result in conversion
• Social Media Marketing - Build and maintain the content strategy, cadence, and calendar for Linkedin and Twitter
• Performance Marketing - Assist in building campaign strategies and tracking key metrics across all relevant channels
• Product Marketing - Assist in creating a marketing strategy for the capabilities and features of our upcoming platform
• Content Creation - Convert internal research, white papers, techniques, and case studies into bite-sized marketing materials
• Customer Development - Create informative materials through presentations, reports, demos, and tutorials for existing and prospective customers
• Marketing Operations - Assist in building dashboards, tracking metrics, managing budgets, and reporting results regularly

 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and willing to learn AI tools (like ChatGPT)
• Comfortable with copywriting, numbers, analysis, and time management
• Strong chops in communication, creativity, adaptability, and taking initiative
• Bachelor or Masters Degree from a Top School in - Marketing, Strategy, Economics, Finance or Liberal Arts (Other majors can also apply)
• Students from any year of their respective program are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with marketing internship experiences in Agencies, Startups, or MNC’s are preferred
• Prior exposure to cutting-edge technology and an innate interest in the latest trends is a plus
• A positive attitude, desire to learn, ability to juggle multiple projects, and willingness to put in the hours is highly prized
• You are a fun person with interests (whatever they may be) and enjoy going out for a meal or drink!
• Availability - 3 to 6 months
• Start Date - Preference for candidates that can start in August (Applications considered on a rolling basis)
