Looking for an opportunity to fast-track your career? Our two-year, non-rotational Early Career Development Program goes beyond entry-level jobs. We offer structured orientation, one week of in-person training, technical and professional training, team building, virtual social events, executive-level exposure, and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.

About the Role

As a Python Developer in our Early Career Development Program, you will design and develop new features, products, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Writing technical specifications and requirements definitions based on user inputs, conceptual design and stated business requirements.

• Consulting with business operations and end-users to document, update, and refine user manuals, product guides, and data sheets.

• Participating in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and coding.

• Participating in the design and development of new features & bug fixes of products.

• Serving as tier 1 to 3 technical support on O&M projects.

• Maintaining existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement.

• Analyzing software failures to find root causes of errors and devise fixes to pre-empt similar faults in the future.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in any STEM majors

• Show an interest to pursue an accelerated career path in information technology

• Have good oral and written communication skills

• Have course works with hands-on programming projects using any modern programming languages like Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, familiar with OOA/OOD

• Have good system and/or data analytics skills

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000.
