Senior MS BI Developer

About the Role

As a Senior BI Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying BI solutions. You will collaborate on the product roadmap and design phases to ensure solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end implementation of data warehouse and ETL on premise/cloud.

• Providing expert skills and the ability to work and provide guidance to team on Database Design/Modelling.

• Designing, writing and modifying SSIS packages.

• Tuning and troubleshooting skills on SQL/TSQL performance.

• Using SSAS to develop cube and tabular models with MDX/DAX Query Skills.

• Creating SSRS reports, data and analysis based on business needs and available data elements.

• Developing parameterized, Chart, Graph, drill down reports using SSRS.

• Creating dashboards for data analysis based on the business needs using Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience .

• 9+ years’ experience with SQL Server database systems including complex warehouse design, and designing ETL extracts from various data sources.

• 6+ years Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), including development of reports (RDLs, complex stored procedures, subscriptions, ETL packages using SSIS & T-SQL queries) 

• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Possess experience of Agile development methodologies.
