The Norton LifeLock eBusiness team is responsible for providing a great digital experience to our prospects, customers and partners so they can discover, transact and get help online in order to deliver on our mission to enable people in protecting their digital lives. You will be responsible for providing holistic eCommerce analytics support for the organization in order to quickly pinpoint issues and develop opportunities and insights to identify and resolve issues, increase conversion rates, reduce fraud, improve site performance and enable a great eCommerce customer experience. The scope of transactions includes front end conversion rates, as well as payment and risk performance KPIs and activities. In this role, you will partner with multiple teams to further develop reporting/tracking capabilities and tool sets to create the relevant reports and deliver timely ad-hoc analysis. Combining these insights with project management capabilities and acute business acumen, you will formulate and communicate recommendations, help drive execution, and quantify results that enable a great customer experience and delivers significant value to the business.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage business intelligence expertise to source and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, detect anomalies and develop insights and opportunities using statistical, data and process analytics methodologies and tool sets.
  • Create dashboards, reports and alerts to operationalize the delivery of KPI’s to various stakeholders within the eBusiness, digital marketing and renewal teams.
  • Liaise with external merchants, payment service providers and card brands to understand best practices and operating models, resolve issues, and optimize results for our customers.
  • Develop initiatives that optimize the checkout, payment and subscription billing experience through in-depth data mining and payment and customer experience flow analysis to formulate insights and recommendations that reduce customer payment friction and drive incremental value to the business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling communications, reports and presentations at multiple levels of the organization that provide insight and clarity into payment and subscription billing trends and initiatives.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continually evaluate and manage priorities and action plans to ensure activities that deliver the highest impact are completed in a timely manner.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our payment and billing strategies and initiatives, including business growth, managing risk and related costs while meeting appropriate compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics a plus.
  • Advanced Business Intelligence experience with standard enterprise reporting tools like Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau, SQL or equivalent [5+] years.
  • Experience in data and process analysis [4 to 6] years in relation to systems and data process flows.
  • Excellent presentation skills using data visualizations to articulate results in a clear and concise manner to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership [4 to 6 years].
  • At least [4 to 6] years of professional work experience, with either Consumer e-commerce, subscription billing, payment processing or related domains.
  • Must be a self-aware, self-motivated, and proactive individual with effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under continual deadline constraints while managing multiple ongoing projects, and coordinating with direct and indirect teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on being concise and persuasive. Fluent in English required, both verbal and written.
