Our Strategy, Sales & Marketing unit develops and accompanies the strategic orientation of statworx, ensures the internal and external communication of our offerings, our values and strategy and is the driving force for the acquisition of new customers and projects. As part of our developing sales team, you will bring your extensive experience to take our sales processes and activities to the next level. At the same time, you will use your sales skills via online and offline channels to win new customers from the medium-sized and corporate sector for statworx.

Your tasks

  • You will further develop our sales processes and strategic initiatives for the acquisition of new customers and projects and manage their implementation by
    • the expansion of our central CRM (Hubspot),
    • the implementation of digital outbound campaigns,
    • developing (inbound) sales campaigns (e.g. via email, social media, newsletter) in collaboration with our marketing team, and
    • co-developing an overall contact & communication strategy.
  • You identify potential customers, proactively approach them and support us at acquisition and networking events such as trade shows, events, webinars, etc.
  • You advise potential and existing customers on the development of AI-based solutions for their problems and challenges based on the statworx service portfolio
  • You support our operational business units in identifying customer retention and sales opportunities and in creating high quality, engaging and detailed proposals
  • You identify opportunities to use our partner network for sales purposes and independently coordinate joint customer approaches

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable sales position for tech applications and services in the B2B environment or in IT consulting
  • You have a good understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI and Data Science and a sound technical understanding of projects in these areas
  • You have a confident demeanor and are able to communicate at eye level with contact persons from different departments and hierarchical levels
  • You are able to identify challenges (of our customers), derive structured solutions and package them in appealing presentations (storytelling)
  • You have experience in building and optimizing existing CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
  • You are experienced in using digital sales tools (especially outbound / lead acquisition)
  • You have an excellent command of German, as well as a very good command of English (verbally, in writing)
  • Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through your reliability as well as your thorough and structured way of working
