Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree/B.Tech preferably in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer science, Engineering
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with high level of expertise in data visualization
• Client Communication Skill: – Engaged directly with clients in different geographies to understand
• Advanced SQL and Excel (or similar language for querying relational databases)
• Basic understanding of SAS, R, Python and other similar scripting languages
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Support Project Managers planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks; work closely with QA analysts and may perform functional, regression, unit, functional and user acceptance testing
• Performing requirements analysis
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple research/analytics projects at the same time
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking

Technical Experience

• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
• Keen interest in Business Analysis
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries with solid understanding of SQL, non-rational databases, and normalization
• Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
• Creating interactive dashboard using customized graphs, set actions, drill down, passing parameters as filter for drill down
