The Computer Vision/Deep Learning Internship is an opportunity to learn the development of compact deep neural network solutions designed to run on Synaptics edge AI chips by working with computer vision and machine learning team. Our internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and who will be continuing their studies in the fall. The internship will include exciting and challenging tasks that include designing novel data collection techniques and augmentation strategies, training neural network models for innovative edge AI applications and optimizing the models for deployment on our edge AI chips. The intern will have significant interactions with experts from the team, and exposure to the latest computer vision and machine learning techniques in the field of low-power edge AI.

The typical base pay range for this position is USD $50.00 - $55.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only.
