We are looking for a data minded digital product manager to hold a leading role in evolving our marketing effectiveness efforts which drive marketing decisions on a global, channel, regional and local level.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing organization, data science team, our media agency and other partners in setting the vision for marketing effectiveness and analytics
  • Develop an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it to key business partners and the team, so they’re aligned, and invested in the strategic direction
  • Translate business goals and product strategy into a product roadmap, identifying and generating innovations that grow market share, drive commercial and brand value
  • Define, monitor, and report the product teams’ quarterly performance, in line with our portfolio strategic OKR's
  • Lead product discovery with the team, researchers, and wider collaborators to develop, experiment and test new insights
  • Set clear priorities and manage resources to support a technology roadmap, based on the overall ambition for the product team, and improving business impact and delivering value
  • Define clear user journeys that will allow for strong adoption and natural fit into business processes and ways of working. This includes responsibility for the implementation of best-in-class data privacy, legal, and ethical guidelines for use of data.

The Marketing Product Organization sets the overall vision for the technology enablers that will drive business and brand objectives. With a directive to define, support, and future-proof planning, activation, and performance marketing technology capabilities of the LEGO Group, this team enables marketing effectiveness and efficiencies. The Product Manager for this team will set the vision and capabilities for this tech product that will enable greater precision for and effectiveness of marketing communications.

The Marketing Product Organization is centrally located in the global Brand, Marketing, Insights, and Partnerships Organization as part of Product Marketing and Development (PMD), a distributed team working across our global, channels, regional, and local marketing units.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in marketing technology, preferably in the areas of data science, either as an in-house lead or in an agency capacity
  • You have led successful, cross functional agile product-teams, you’re passionate about shipping value to customers or end users early and often, having fun whilst doing it, and looking after your team
  • You thrive in a commercial setting where you inspire and align with your marketing counterparts to deliver value to the end users and the business.
  • You have a solid understanding of Marketing across media channels and audiences, Marketing Mix Modelling and regression analysis.
  • You are curious and passionate about leading change through data-driven marketing insights.
  • You are a great communicator, and empathetic, you can build effective relationships with partners quickly.
  • You ensure effective leadership and supportive coaching to your team; maintaining a continuous learning environment, setting clear objectives and proactively encouraging personal and professional development
