Position:

WorkFusion is seeking a Machine Learning engineer with hands-on experience developing and productionizing ML algorithms and tools. As apart of our Delivery team, MLE will focus on applying practical skills to create hybrid machine learning and rule-based models using our innovative tools for solving real-world problems. You will collaborate with our customers and build production machine learning models for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and delivery end to end machine learning solutions
• Study and transform data science prototypes
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Integrate RPA and Machine Learning solutions into client’s pipeline
• Work on the best practices for delivery

Qualifications/Experience

• 3-5 years of production Java/JEE experience
• Solid understanding of design patterns and OOP
• Working knowledge of Databases and SQL
• Good understanding of RESTful web services
• Ability to write robust code
• Good knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Would be a plus

• Hands-on experience with Python stack
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Proficient DevOps Skills and mind-set
• Hands on Maven, Git, Jenkins, Postman, linux bash
• HTML and JavaScript basics
