Job Description

As DANA Indonesia has grown rapidly and reached more than 120 million user as well as more than 14 million transactions per day, we need an experienced individual with a successful history in building and monetising data using Machine Learning as well as Artificial Intelligence. We look for a person with proven successful project executions that produce business impact, to be our CHIEF DATA OFFICER, who will directly report to our CEO.

Job Descriptions :

- Focusing on doing Data Platform Re-platforming & Data Centric Products

- Playing a critical role on Vision, Direction, Prioritisation, and Execution.

- Leading Data Agenda going forward.

- Driving data literacy in internal to ensure all employee would be able to speak data culture and way of work

- Driving data driven products and analytics by exploiting existing data that DANA has in order to have a vision on what possible products or analytics DANA might have going forward

- Imagining what other data DANA needs to have to come up with further products and analytics

- Managing a team of Business Intelligence, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Quality Engineer

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience with proven track records in doing data visionary, imagining, and execution using Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)

- Able to give ideas based on DANA’s existing data as well as able to run the execution based on the well-proven successful project records

- Able to come with vision and art of the possible in our domain/field (Payment and FSI), someone to tell us with your data that you have, you can actually build this, this is how it will be monetised, etc.

- Expertise in Data Privacy (ingestion, storing, sharing, and whole lifecycle on data, its regulation, and best practice)

- Good intra-personal skill as well as English communication skill

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as well as have the same passion in building cashless society through technology

- Experienced in handling a big diverse team as well as defining KPI, managing budget, involving in hiring, doing team-restructure, & nurturing culture adaption

- Open for everyone in the world who is willing to relocate to Indonesia for long-term period
