The Data Science Faculty Manager oversees a team of Data Science instructors to ensure a consistent and high quality learning experience for all students across all Flatiron School modalities. This role is focused primarily on supporting faculty to develop the technical and pedagogical skills needed to drive student success in a challenging and rewarding educational environment. Under the guidance of a Data Science Program Director, Data Science Faculty Managers collaborate with other Education teams to ensure high quality curriculum, teaching practices, and student services. Occasionally, Data Science Faculty Managers will support faculty and students in other disciplines for short periods of time.
