Job Description

As a Product Manager at Silent Eight, you will focus on machine learning at a Polish-founded and owned AI technology company. You will have the opportunity to drive product vision, working closely with our technical teams to define product requirements, coordinating resources from other groups, and guiding the team through key milestones. As you strive to fulfill customer needs, you will not simply rely on the status quo, but instead will employ your product sense, creativity, and logic to generate innovative, reachable, and high-value solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define machine learning product roadmaps that deliver new products and features
• Articulate and gain buy-in for recommendations for the product roadmap
• Drive a release of product features from concept through launch and adoption
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, and understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Own scope; based on stakeholders’ input, clearly define, document, convey and defend the appropriate scope of work
• Maintain awareness on the status of purely technical work 
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Lead and manage requirement gathering by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and internal/external clients
• Document and track measurable metrics (KPIs) to inform the success of each feature
• Create a go-to-market plan which includes pilot coordination, creating release announcements, internal/external demos/trainings, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic product management role, designing and delivering AI products for enterprise customers
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of machine learning product development lifecycle 
• Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, planning, and competitive analysis
• Comfortable documenting requirements, guiding cross-functional project execution, performing user testing, and being laser focused on metrics for the products and features you bring to market
• Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes
• Innovative, solutions-oriented, and collaborative

Job Remuneration:

• Salary: 17 000 - 23 000 net PLN/month (B2B)
• Employment Type: B2B
