Job Description

As a Product Manager, Machine Learning at Silent Eight, you will be responsible for driving product vision to deploy our AI solutions at scale to keep criminals from accessing capital. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, and guide the team through key milestones.

You will do this by garnering a keen, research-based understanding of Silent Eight’s current and potential clients/users and will become the voice of the customer throughout the product inception, planning, delivery, and support lifecycle. As you strive to fulfill customer needs, you will not simply rely on the status quo, but instead will employ your product sense, creativity, and logic to generate innovative, reachable, and high-value solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive new ML/AI-based features that solve difficult business problems for our customers
• Work closely with our Data Science team to translate the product vision into innovative solutions
• Keep up with state-of-the-art machine learning concepts and capabilities
• Translate customer needs into ML/AI requirements; translate ML/AI concepts, processes, and solutions to customers
• Define roadmaps that deliver new products and features that move us toward achieving our company goals
• Articulate and gain buy-in for recommendations for the product roadmap
• Drive a release of product features from concept through launch and adoption
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Prioritize all product development; take all possible work into consideration and prioritize (on a regular cadence) what Engineering should work on
• Maintain awareness on the status of purely technical work 
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Silent Eight and its features across primary market segments
• Lead and manage requirement gathering by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and internal/external clients
• Document and track measurable metrics (KPIs) to inform the success of each feature
• Create a go-to-market plan which includes pilot coordination, creating release announcements, internal/external demos/trainings, etc
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role, designing and delivering ML/AI-based products for enterprise customers
• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role, designing and delivering products for enterprise customers
• Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, planning, and competitive analysis
• Comfortable documenting requirements, guiding cross-functional project execution, performing user testing, and being laser focused on metrics for the products and features you bring to market
• Experience with best-practice product management tools, practices and processes
• Innovative, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
