Job Description

Performs diagnostic analysis by mining past data to provide summaries regarding rationale into success or failure of business performance, in addition to performing descriptive analysis for recent time period(s) compared to prior time period(s) and plans/targets, while employing CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standards for Data Mining)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs business performance research by gathering, interpreting and comparing operational data for benchmarking and provides insights/recommendations to the organization
• Develops tactical reporting and analysis frameworks, considering performance of marketing campaigns and media tactics
• Develops and maintains databases, to include documenting standards for use, control, updating and maintenance of databases within internal business areas
• Develops and updates mathematical modeling tools for marketing and identifies performance metrics
• Assists with special projects requiring commensurate analytical expertise and the development of executive level presentations
• Ensures appropriate measures and reports are defined and implemented to assess organizational performance and/or initiative performance
• Remains abreast of the latest software to build reports and conduct analysis most efficiently, including Google Analytics and other analytic reporting tools

Education & Experience Required

• 0 - 2 years of job-related experience

Education & Experience Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with analytical project management and successful demonstration of descriptive and diagnostic analytics

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
