We are looking for an innovative and passionate Data Scientist to help create a dynamic MarketPlace to define and deliver services of our network. We are changing the way the world communicates and changing the definition of network efficiency.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

In this role, you will:

• Solve high-order problems with our data and identify opportunities to exploit data to generate new insight and business value
• Work to gamify the MarketPlace and use various data and metadata to create intelligent recommendations and dynamic function linkage
• Internalize the value of our datasets within the context of commercially available datasets and propose novel derivative applications
• Use commercial and open source frameworks such as to train and deploy live and real-time models
•  Communicate the value and net impact of various models, data, and applications in a technical and business context to stakeholders including our executive team
• Work with Product and customer-facing teams to understand the drivers and necessary context of different classes of customers to inform historical and behavior analytics
• Work with data engineers and subject matter experts to learn relevant systems and use critical thinking to creatively solve problems Define evaluation methodologies, success criteria, and evolutionary roadmaps as appropriate for applications
• Become a thought-leader within the organization for the value of data, big data analytics, and system automation while establishing best practices, frameworks, and success criteria

Skill, Experience and Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Applied Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical degree
• Proven track record of delivering tangible business impacts through the implementation of Machine Learning & AI models
• At least 3-5 years of full-time experience in a Data Science or ML Engineering role
• Extensive experience and familiarity with commercially available datasets, data-as-a-service companies, and methodologies employed by leading data-focused companies
• Proficiency in software development in cloud environments using one or more of the following: Python, Go, R, C++, Java
• Experience using common data science techniques such as data mining, time series data analysis, multivariate analysis, clustering, regression – logistical and linear, and pattern recognition
• Proven ability to develop, train, deploy, evaluate and refine ML/DL models at scale in a production environment
• Extensive hands-on experience with commercial and open source software solutions like PySpark, Hive, Druid, Snowflake, Sagemaker, Apache Spark MLlib, Python Scikit-learn, C++ DLIB, Keras, Databricks, VMWare vSphere, TensorFlow
• Great communication skills - someone who is passionate about evangelizing the value of data
• Ability to articulate what data monetization means and how business value can be created with data

The ideal candidate will have:

• Master’s Degree and/or Ph.D. in Applied Math or Statistics
• Experience working with sensor-based streaming data and real-time control systems
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Tableau
• Experience working in AWS

 Salary Range

Compensation: $99,360.00/Year - $138,230.00/Year
