Job Description

We are looking for an experienced data driven growth marketer with a proven track record of driving innovation in customer journey & fan experience by leading martech products and integrations. Manager, Martech Operations & Strategy will be a liaison between the Marketing Team and AXS Product Team, leading integrations between the vendor Martech products and AXS products to enhance fan experience in all phases of the event lifecycle. This individual will manage the relationship with martech vendors and implementation partners, be on the look for the best and most innovative martech tools for AXS to utilize towards B2B i.e. for its clients and B2C. Manager, Martech Operations & Strategy will work with our marketing , content, product, engineering, and Sports & Music business teams to create the environments from a technical perspective for AXS to deliver an outstanding fan experience for new and existing customers. This is a key role in shaping our customer experience and improving our future customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Manage integration projects between vendor products and AXS products on all things B2C strategy.
  • Provide strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: Analytics, personalization, customer data platforms (ex: Adobe, Salesforce), ad technology, testing and optimization, and ecommerce;
  • Be the bridge between vendor Martech products and AXS products to increase AXS’ customer engagement/retention/acquisition rates
  • Develop a keen understanding of our ticket buyers and their digital journeys on AXS.Com, purchase flow and the App, working closely with Product enabling optimized and personalized experiences.
  • Oversee development efforts to control quality of scoped AXS.com personalization projects in cases involving clients and vendors.
  • Lead new processes in order to facilitate the execution of integration projects internally and externally with vendors and clients.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks or opportunities to be more efficient in our process so we can continually improve.

What to Bring

  • 5+ years of experience with martech platforms, managing large integration projects
  • Product management and marketing experience is a plus
  • Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc);
  • Relevant experience with platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target
  • Familiarity with rETL tools such as Hightouch and Census
  • Demonstrated experience running simultaneous personalized experiences
  • Analytical mindset that is obsessed with tracking and improving KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and collaboration in team environments
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions
  • Strong roadmap management experience, with often changing priorities and timelines
  • Strong vendor management experience monitoring large implementation projects
  • On a personal level, you are entrepreneurial with a mindset of building to scale
  • You are excited about engaging across the entire company and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with proven ability to collaborate across functions from C-level to Web Developers, to drive business growth.
