Roles & Responsibilities

Skillset:

• Ability to frame a project, develop hypothesis, synthesize multiple data sources into accurate, compelling stories, and present the insights to various teams across the organization .
• Develop a strong understanding on research objectives and limitations to deliver on business needs.
• Manage requests to vendors effectively, clearly communicating expectations and timing.
• Demonstrated capability of analyzing and sharing data, leveraging different applications (i.e. XLS & KEY) as well as syndicated data portals (example: NPD).
• Develop and adhere to timelines to run and execute project components efficiently.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

Qualification & Experience

• B.A. in related field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research / Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional ability to analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a diverse team.
• Strategic, analytic thinker with good business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NPD, Nielsen, or other syndicated market research preferred.
