We are looking for a Data Science Sr Manager to lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts passionate about improving healthcare. This is a high-impact role that requires excellence in both business and technical skills. As a leader, you will develop and deliver timely, high-quality analytic healthcare products that advise insights and recommended actions to improve healthcare efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Experience:

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing data science staff
• Delivering machine learning/AI models that recommend actions to improve patient care
• Completing complex analysis of medical and pharmacy claims, EHR output, and medical device data
• Scaling models and analysis across customers and over time within cloud environments
• Developing objective, reliable, and valid user engagement and experience measures
• Using SQL and object-oriented languages (e.g., Python, R) to automate process and create data pipelines
• Communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in data science or related field and project leadership
