We are looking for a visionary Senior Data Scientist to partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Machine Learning leads across the broader Organization to derive compelling insights and inform our product and tech strategy. You will have an outsized opportunity to impact the product strategy, customer experience, architecture, and implementation of a marquee business initiative with a 3 year vision. You will work with Engineers across Personalization, Search, Voice and Ads to build and/or enhance ML models that understand Free and Prime customer signals and power delightful CX that just works effortlessly for the customer. You will play a big role in asking the right questions of our data and improving the data quality across the stack. You will be responsible for expanding the boundaries of what’s possible in the end-to-end customer lifecycle with a focus on growing customer engagement, ramping listening hours, increasing consumption of more media types, and improving overall customer retention.
