Your role:

As part of the BI Competency Center (BICC), the selected candidate will work as part of a global team of experts in data integration and analytics, and will work closely with our internal partners in Finance, Supply Chain and Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and adaptability to manage different priorities, support our customers with robust and scalable BI solutions, and be able to maintain a good relationship with different IT teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.

We need you for:

  • Cooperate with Michelin's off-road business lines teams, to determine the best data integration and reporting solutions adapted to our business processes;
  • Collaborate with the BI team to analyze, develop and improve business intelligence solutions;
  • Translate and document business requirements into functional and technical documentation;
  • Set up automatic, real time and reliable data feed from various data sources;
  • Design and implement ETL packages on Microsoft-based solutions (On Premise and Cloud);
  • Analyze and create reports and dashboards on Power BI or/and a similar visualization tool;
  • Develop and document test scenarios;
  • Have a clear vision of the existing BI and data integration tools as well as the possibility of creating links for the specific use of the adapted tool;
  • Promote BI applications and their use within the organization.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You have 2+ years of experience working with data integration and business intelligence tools;
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field;
  • You are fluent in English and French;
  • You have experience in a project delivery team in a large IT project with cross-functional stakeholders;
  • You have solid experience with SQL/Python queries, stored procedures and the Microsoft BI suite (SSIS);
  • You have already used Azure Analytics products (Databricks, Data Factory);
  • You have already implemented BI reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI;
  • You have practice and experience in Agile methodology;
  • You have knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana products (an asset);
  • You have knowledge of data security and confidentiality policies (an asset);
  • You have a spirit of collaboration, skills focused on customer service and a good ability to influence;
  • You have an ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary and multi-level meetings with stakeholders;
  •  You have a methodical spirit, sense of organization and excellent time management;
  • You have very good problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills;
  • You have a passion for continuous learning.
