As Netflix continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented team member to become an integral part of the Transfer Pricing team. We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst to provide tax planning and operational support on a diverse range of global transfer pricing matters. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with key global transfer pricing initiatives, including a framework for preparing annual transfer pricing documentation and informational returns (i.e. CbCR) 
• Stay abreast of the current transfer pricing environment, including local country compliance requirements
• Assist in global transfer pricing controversy matters, including the preparation of responses for local country tax audits and APAs
• Assist with tax technology and process improvement initiatives
• Draft and/or manage intercompany agreements
• Provide support in partnering with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, treasury, accounting, etc.) and external advisors
• Research tax issues, prepare technical documentation and assist on special projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• You embrace and advocate the Netflix culture and our long-term view
• 5+ years of transfer pricing experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 
• Exposure to US international tax principles is not required but is a plus
• Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision and produce high quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with and explain complex TP concepts to cross-functional business partners and external advisors
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tax research software and tools
