We are looking for a results-oriented and strategically minded Product Data Scientist to work with our International Growth team as Reddit expands its user base abroad. In particular, you will be focused on understanding how content is created on Reddit and enable users to post more fluidly abroad. This is a truly zero-to-one role where you will be able to work with Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional partners to uncover greenfield and white space opportunities.

Content is the flywheel for Reddit and we need you to be a key player in driving our content strategy abroad.
What You’ll Learn:
As a Data Scientist, you will become an expert in improving Reddit’s product-market fit for a global user base. You’ll be pivotal in understanding how users interact with our product today and how that differs from other audiences. You’ll be a champion to the users through evaluating performance of existing Reddit features for international users, as well as uncovering opportunities for new experiences.
You will work side by side with a world-class org of Engineering, Machine Learning, User Research, Community Operations, Product Management practitioners who work together to create a variety of capabilities for Reddit to be more successful in its decision-making and product creation. In this process, you will be exposed to a variety of new techniques in exploratory analysis, machine learning, and experimentation.
