About the Role

In this role, you will be managing architects and provide architectural and big picture oversight for the development of new or enhanced platforms, applications and solutions that will transform the way our customers interact. You will be responsible for leading the architectural and technical strategy requirements, ensuring quality and consistency of our software architecture across our systems. You will also develop and execute new and existing technologies that align to the roadmap. You will establish objectives and assignments for managers and supervisors across architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and implement strategic policies, aligning to methods and approaches for achieving high performing technology.
• Lead teams that are multi disciplinary in nature and champion the implementation of standard architectural principles and standards, keeping customer experience at forefront.
• Foster innovation by designing and building solutions that solve business problems and by partnering with cross functional stakeholders.
• Establish and evolve architecture principles to include the development of technology strategy and standards.
• Provide technology governance to help the organization make strategic choices.
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Lead and facilitate teams creating highly collaborative environment and high performing teams.

Who You Are

• Experience with leading teams including setting goals and ensuring alignment between technologies and architectural blueprint.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to guide senior levels and cross functional teams.
• Software Development including hands on programming experience and/or architecture experience with related technology stack and platforms.
• Proficiency with various software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, Azure etc.
• Experience with supporting business case development, requirements analysis, project management, software development, testing and system lifecycle management processes and tools.
