About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Development team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

• Create, maintain and optimize automation scripts and assure that they cover all business requirements within the agreed scope.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts using automated testing tools and framework (particularly Robot Framework).
• Participate in peer reviews of test scripts to ensure adherence to development and testing standards.
• Integration of test automation frameworks to CI/CD
• Work closely with technical and non-technical peers and project stakeholders to promote successful delivery of products and services.
• Work with the project team to develop credible, accurate, and timely assessments of quality along with detailed information about system strengths and weaknesses.
• Communicate, report and take responsibility on assigned tasks.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives related to the current test project

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar discipline or with relevant working experience
• 1-2 years of experience as Quality Assurance Automation resource
• 1-2 years of experience in testing using the following tools: XRAY, JIRA, Confluence and similar technologies
• At least 1 year programming experience in Python, JavaScript, database and related technologies
• Preferably with experience in Git or similar version control tools
• Experience with various Automation Frameworks; WebdriverIO, Robot Framework
• Strong Technical Knowledge in QA Automation Technical Solutions
• Experience in integration of Testing Framework to AWS CI/CD – Bamboo/Docker/Pipeline
• Should have good knowledge in HTTP/ REST APIs
• Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies
• Self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and service minded attitude
• Organized, accurate and self-motivated
• Think creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a global team environment
• Experience in PYTHON and ROBOT Framework is a plus
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies is a plus
