About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will primarily be responsible for operational support of monthly trade processing
• You will be responsible in entry of all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines
• You will ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity
• You will be distributing correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements and market value statements
• You will assist with other related duties as required
• You will maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades
• You will follow fund specific instructions/variables

About You:

• You are Bachelor’s or College Degree holder of Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• You have 1 to 4 years experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates may also apply
• You are knowledgeable of hedge or mutual funds an asset
• Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy
• You have the skills data and alphanumeric entry with high degree of accuracy
