Job Description

Leads a team of people who design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in an effort to integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.BA/BS degree preferred.

This AI/ML team will:

• Keep Oracle Advertising products future ready and enhance its leadership position by solving emerging challenges in the AdTech space.
• Create new ideas and techniques to leverage the extensive data sets.
• Look for opportunities on improving existing processes.

• Research, develop and apply the latest AI/ML algorithms to solve business problems.

Prerequisites

• MS/PhD in ML/Statistics/CS or related field emphasizing AI/ML skills.
• Minimum 2 years of managing AI/ML team as people manager
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in software development or AI/ML development
• Deep understanding of AI/ML domain.
• Exposure to big data platforms, databases, Python, and cloud development experience.
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML cloud platforms.
• Good to have experience in differential privacy/Advanced ML/Deep Learning techniques.
• Nice to have experience in AdTech or Marketing.
